30-Day Return Policy:
SafeTracks GPS Canada Inc. offers a standard 30-day return policy. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable period of time regarding your entitlement to a refund or replacement due to a defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will proceed accordingly, replacing the product or refunding the purchase price using the original method of payment. Please note that if 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


 

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

Certain items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These items include:

•   SafeTracks Blue Beacon 

•   Prime Mobile Charging Base

•   Prime Mobile Lanyard

•   Prime Mobile Belt Clip

•   Prime Mobile Wristband

•   Prime Mobile Magnetic Charging Cable

•   Locking Clasps

 

Refunds and Shipping Charges:
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Furthermore, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any refunded amounts will not include the cost of shipping.

 

Return Instructions:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email hw@safetracksgps.ca with your request for a return. Include the device number and purchaser name in your email.

  2. SafeTracks will send you a Request for Return Form to fill out and send back. Please ensure to complete this form accurately.

  3. Once your return request is approved, please mail the return to the following address:

Standard 12-Month Warranty:
Please note that your Prime Mobile R4 purchase is covered for 12 months. An additional 12 Months Warranty can be purchased at the time of the original purchase only and cannot be purchased after.

*Warranty Exclusions Apply: Damage due to misuse or abuse, unauthorized modifications, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, natural disasters, improper storage. These exclusions are subject to change and are not limited to the items listed above.
